Tax Tip: Update your personal information using CRA My Account

File your taxes with confidence

If your personal information, such as your address, phone number, or marital status has changed, you can update your Canada Revenue Agency file online. First, log into the CRA’s My Account service and click on the Personal Information tab at the top of the page on the right side. There, you will find three links:

Click on the link that requires an update and you will be directed to a page displaying the information the CRA currently has on file for you. From there, you are able to make your changes and submit them online.
